   Course access including live classes, recordings, MCQs, tests, and study materials is valid only till 11 April 2026, irrespective of the date of joining.

2. Course Coverage
   This 45-Day Pro Batch provides access only to NORCET-10 Prelims content.
   Regular batches, long-term courses, or mains preparation are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

3. Schedule & Structural Changes
   Metier International Academy reserves the right to modify class schedule, venue, timings, mode of delivery (online/offline/hybrid), or course structure due to exam notifications, administrative reasons, or unavoidable circumstances.

4. No Selection Guarantee
   Metier International Academy does not guarantee selection in AIIMS, JIPMER, or any other institute.
   Final selection depends entirely on the candidate’s performance in the examination.

5. Refund & Transfer Policy
   Course fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

6. Content Usage Policy
   All course content is strictly for individual student use only.
   Sharing, copying, recording, screen capturing, or distributing course material in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Access Suspension
   Metier International Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel access without prior notice in case of content misuse, unauthorized sharing, or unethical activity.

8. Recording & App Policy
   App access and recordings have restricted validity with limited views (maximum 10 views per video) as per academy policy.

9. Mode Change Policy
   Change of class mode is not permitted.
   Offline seats must be booked directly at the institute and are subject to availability.

10. Mandatory Documentation
    Student KYC and hall ticket submission are mandatory.
    Metier International Academy may use student photographs and result details for academic, documentation, or promotional purposes.

11. Official Communication
    Students will be added to official WhatsApp groups for academic communication.
    Misuse or sharing of personal data of other students may lead to removal from the group and possible legal action.
